最近，时常追看港剧，在其中一套港剧里，听到了这首感觉很清新的英文歌，歌名叫做Can You See。 在这里和大家分享这首歌曲，除了好听之外，还蛮有圣诞节的 feel~ MV 拍得很美，只是和歌词不是很相符啦。（纯属个人感觉与喜好。）

Love this medley, especially when Burt personally sang one of my favourite song - Alfie, it was very touching, and kinda romantic, to listen to the original song writer cum composer of the song, singing his own masterpiece, live! How I wish I have a chance to sit in the live performance by Burt. Please, come to Asia! Or, be at London when I am there... next year? God's willing!
A House Is Not A Home was done greatly in this show too, with Burt started off the singing, then followed by him conducting the orchestral band, and the backup vocals continue the song... it was beautifully done... give me a total of goosebumps!
Wives and lovers... a good lesson for the wives actually, I love the lyrics, even as you are the wife now, be a lover as well... So, your man won't be looking for a lover elsewhere. Words of wisdom! And Burt is a Jews. Wow! God's chosen one! How blessed! I hope he is saved and know Jesus by now. :)

I did not get to attend any church service today, for the first time, since 2010...
I miss serving with the worship team, have been involved with Resurrection Sunday service for the past 2 years with ncc choir, it was really an unforgettable memories, with the team members and leaders of different ministries. From own practice, choir practice, rehearsal with the worship team, until Sunday services.
This year, ncc is giving out a song to be downloaded online, as a sneak preview of the upcoming worship album that will be launched on 26 April 2015. The song title is Finished, written by the youth of the church.
Here's another song from ncc, I believe it is written based on the church theme of the year - The Year of His Restoration!
Not sure who written this song. And surprisingly, many of us when we first heard of this song, we actually don't really like it.. however, it just gets better and nicer as we sing this to ourselves during practices and p&w session on stage and at church.
I also believe that this is a word and a promise that the Lord is giving to me for this coming years... His restoration will be done in my life. Thank You Jesus! Thank You Daddy God! Hallelujah!

Finally convinced myself to watch this before the cinema stop screening it.
The Hobbit: The Battle of The Five Armiesthe third in a trilogy of films adapting the enduringly popular masterpiece The Hobbit, by J.R.R. Tolkien. "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" brings to an epic conclusion the adventures of Bilbo Baggins, Thorin Oakenshield and the Company of Dwarves.
Managed to get an aisle seat at the 5th row from the screen, it was a small hall, with just 8 rows I think, so, 5th row from the screen is not too bad. Although the movie has been screening for more than a month, the seats were like 50% full on that evening. Not bad, right?
The movie, however, has touched my heart in many ways. The friendship of Bilbo & Thorin. The loyalty the dwarves have for Thorin. The love between Kiri, Tauriel & Legolas. And I still love the Elves, or I should say I like ELF, the short form of my name, Evelyn Lay Fun.
Overall, this movie is a good catch, if you have watched the 1st & 2nd part of the trilogy. Else, I don't think you can understand the movie completely. Even for me, I almost forgot the story before and slowly reminded the story by the story itself.
2 hours and 24 minutes, the longest movie that I watched in the movie house, thus far.
As usual, I stayed until the end of the movie, for the songs, music and credits. And the featuring song The Last Goodbye by Billy Boyd has caught my ears. The lyrics of the song somehow reminded me of my dad. So does the song title.

I first heard of this song on last Sunday during the praise and worship session during church's Sunday service. Choir really did a good job. They sound angelic and majestic. Kudos!

Well, it's been a long time since I watched 偶像劇 or listened to 流行歌曲, and I have recently addicted to this drama called Lan Ling Wang 兰陵王, a 2013 TV series and am in love with this song from the drama, sang by Daniel Chan 陈晓东, called Suddenly My Heart Moved 突然心動. Touched by the words and melody of the song, especially if you know the story of Lan Ling Wang TV series.
